Business and Professional Empowerment Coaching

We offer three tiers of monthly business coaching services to meet the needs of various professionals, businesses and organizations.

Tier One:
Four 45-minute sessions
Unlimited email availability
Four-month initial commitment, renewed on a monthly basis thereafter

Tier Two:
Three 45-minute sessions
One 20-minute check-in call
Unlimited email availability
Four-month initial commitment, renewed on a monthly basis thereafter

Tier Three:
Two 45-minute sessions
Unlimited email availability
Four-month initial commitment, renewed on a monthly basis thereafter
All tiers require an initial Discovery Session (approximately 1.5 hours) in which the client and coach conduct information gathering and discuss how they want to work together, set expectations and create the agreements. The Discovery Session is scheduled after the client completes and returns preliminary paperwork.

In addition to business and empowerment coaching, we provide the following services to organizations with specific needs: 

Mediation – Used by organizations for vendor, partner or employee disputes and any circumstances in which two or more parties disagree on a matter, we start by making sure all parties involved agree on participating in the mediation.  The process involves listening to each party’s story, ensuring all sides are heard, and facilitating communication.  We help the parties work together to create a solution and write an agreement that is signed by everyone.

Facilitation – When meetings or team building experiences require that all the people involved need to participate, we can function as a third-party facilitator.  We start by creating an environment that is safe for all and setting the ground rules for the meeting.  We make sure the agenda is clear, all communications are understood, and all participants are given the opportunity to provide their input.  We further help with capturing all the action items and bringing the meeting to a proper conclusion.

Change Management – Depending on the organization’s needs, we employ either consulting or coaching methods to help everyone affected by the change understand all the processes that are involved with the change (e.g. the cultural change that occurs with growth, reorganization or policy changes). We help the leadership team with reacting appropriately to the change to ensure they make the right decisions for their organization, and help employees with adjusting to the changes.
