In Demand Coaching

Started in 2009, In Demand Coaching provides business and empowerment coaching to entrepreneurs, small and family-owned businesses, and large corporations, and to individuals looking to live more fulfilled lives or deal with specific life issues. 

Led by founder and principal, Maureen Letendre, a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach with 20 years coaching experience, In Demand Coaching uses an approach centered on the power of relationships. Maureen helps business leaders to successfully manage their businesses by leveraging and nurturing their relationships, focusing not only on the relationships in their professional life but also in their personal life. If there are people in the organization with conflicting personalities and different communication styles, they will not work well together, which will not help the organization perform effectively.  If there are personal and family relationship issues you are bringing to your professional life, they will affect the organization as well.

Maureen Letendre

Maureen is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach and received her coach training from the Coaches Training Institute (CTI), an organization accredited through the International Coach Federation (ICF).

Maureen has over 25 years total experience in all the disciplines of human resources.  It is from her focus on organizational effectiveness and helping business people with professional development and personal empowerment that her passion for coaching emerged.  She understands the dynamics of private and family-owned businesses and all the various functions in a business, from sales and marketing to manufacturing and operations.  She has worked in diverse industries, such as technology, publishing/advertising and construction.   

Maureen’s experience as a senior executive in human resources has made her an expert in organizational effectiveness and change management.  Her experience as a vice president of a family-owned company has given her the ability to fully understand and appreciate what her clients experience on a daily basis.  During her career, she has helped companies develop successful employee programs, manage exponential growth and downsizing, and save costs through organizational restructuring and re-engineering processes.

Maureen is a highly-skilled mediator with 80 hours of mediation training used over 10 years in corporate environments.  As a specialist in conflict resolution and relationship management, she coaches clients on optimal techniques for approaching people, equalizing power and achieving win-win situations.  Maureen is also a qualified administrator of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, a tool she uses in forming the foundation for her coaching work with clients.

Maureen has been featured in Women’s Business Boston and the Boston Globe and quoted in the Worcester Business Journal.  She was also a contributor to a college textbook on business writing, Real Essays, by Susan Anker. Maureen has served on several boards, including the Intel Community Advisory Board, Board of Directors JAYCEES of Central Massachusetts and the Board of Directors Hudson Youth Center.  She is a member of the International Coaching Federation and the Marlborough Regional Chamber of Commerce.
